As a Support Clerk you will:

  • Be responsible for data processing of incoming claims.
  • Analyze and interpret claim data.
  • Process administrative support requests for a variety of different purposes.
  • Be responsible for proper routing/ processing of physical and electronic mail.
  • Fax, mail and email, scan, append documents.
  • Access a variety of websites to better service internal handling of files.
  • Contact clients to provide or receive information
  • Participate in entering data into our system.
  • Contact insurance carriers to set up or locate claims..

You are Qualified if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Can pass a criminal background check and drug screen
  • Are self-driven with proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations
  • Possess a competitive nature and positive attitude
  • Possess computer skills such as typing, learning new software, general navigation through internet and more.
  • Can type 40 WPM or
  • Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and understand claim
  • Are team oriented and like to work hard/play
  • Work well with ongoing constructive
  • Can multitask in a fast-paced
  • Can be available for a 40-hour M-F, day time schedule
