Who We Are Looking For

Wilber is searching for our newest Recruiting Specialist that will support our Recruiting department by identifying and strategizing recruiting avenues for various roles. This is a high touch position which requires an engaging and problem- solving aptitude in order to partner with multiple community resources to fill open positions within Wilber.

The Recruiting department is tasked with building great teams through the acquisition of quality team members across the entire company. This individual needs to be passionate about making a big impact, one hire at a time. This role has a Career Path that includes role specific certifications as well as opportunities for professional growth.

What you will work on

  • Direct report to Chief Personnel Officer
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Promote an amazing candidate experience at every point in the process
  • Collaborate with the marketing department on social media recruiting avenues
  • Provide on-site support with candidate interviews including office tours

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 yrs. of proven work experience as a Recruiter
  • Familiarity with the recruiting methods
  • A tech-savvy background in a professional environment
